softly moving up and back just beyond where you are lying.
I hear the waves and note their rhythmic consistency.
I listen intensely to all the sounds around me.
I breathe lightly and effortlessly.
I feel all the feelings in my body.
As I listen to the quiet between the waves, I anticipate the movement of the water.
I hear the waves coming in closer and closer until they break just beyond my feet.
As I become more aware, I feel the water touch my feet.
I do not draw away from the water.
The water is warm and soothing, comforting and relaxing.
As the next wave moves over my feet, I breathe in.
as the wave recedes, I breathe out, opening every part of my body, flowing.
I release all tension from my body as I breathe out.
The warm, nurturing, comforting waves continue to move over my body.
With each wave I breathe and I become more relaxed and open.
Before long the waves have carried me into the water.
I now relax and breathe, the more I am carried and supported by the wave.
My body opens and releases as the wave carries me.
