Did you know there is more to pumping than hooking up and waiting for milk?
The fit of your breast shield/flange/horn could be affecting how much milk your pump is able to express!
-An improper flange fit could lead to more than just a reduced milk supply.
-Not effectively emptying the breast can lead to clogs and mastitis.
-Friction can lead to sores and nipple/breast trauma.

Pumps generally come with one or two size options:
24mm and 28mm (traditionally)
Though many brands offer a range of sizes or adapter inserts.
It is common for your nipple size to change from pregnancy to postpartum. The best time to measure is after about 5 minutes of latching/pumping, though a general size can usually be determined before birth.
To determine your size you can measure with a ruler or there are a variety of tools to use online if you are unsure.
